POPTrak is an app that allows brands to track the full life cycle of display and point-of-purchase materials via the cloud-based Blue Calypso mobile engagement platform. When users are tasked with setting up an in-store display that is POPTrak enabled, this app will allow them to validate that the display has been executed compliantly.
Here’s how it works:
1. Download POPTrak
2. Use QR code reader to scan the QR code on the POPTrak enabled display
3. Validate, choose or input store and store location
4. View instructions (PDF or video)
5. Report damages (if any) to request new display
6. Upon completion of set up, upload photo to validate execution of said display
7. Retirement notifications may be sent to ensure proper timing of breakdown
